Experience

8+ years in product design across B2B and B2C SaaS, web and mobile. I’ve worked on logistics, healthcare, AI platforms, CRM and LMS systems, restaurant and e-commerce products, in startups and product teams.

I take products from discovery to delivery: analysing the problem, running user research and usability tests, mapping customer journeys, designing flows and interfaces, and writing user stories and requirements for development. I build design systems, run A/B tests and work closely with product managers and developers.

I use AI tools in research, prototyping and everyday design work, and I designed an AI platform from the first idea to MVP. As a team lead, I led a team of 3 designers on two products.

Services

01. Product Design

From the first hypothesis to the handoff. I run user research and CustDev, build personas, customer journey maps and user flows, and validate hypotheses with usability tests and A/B tests. Then I design the information architecture, wireframes, UI and interactive prototypes, build design systems and hand off to development with clear specs. Web, mobile, tablet and Arabic RTL.

02. Design Leadership

I lead designers as a team, not as individuals. Hiring and onboarding, design strategy each quarter, a competency matrix, 1-on-1s and 360 feedback. I set quality standards, run per-product design sessions and keep the team aligned with product and development.

03. Product Management

Product thinking on top of design. I run product discovery, write PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria, analyse competitors and the market, and work with product metrics such as retention. I help define the MVP and keep stakeholders and developers on the same page.
